This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how billing, trials, cancellations, and refunds work for RavenEdge Pro, the subscription offered by RavenEdge LLC at ravenedge.net. It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. 30-day free trial
New subscribers begin with a 30-day free trial of RavenEdge Pro. You are not charged the subscription fee during the trial period. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends and you will not be billed at all. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your subscription automatically converts to a paid plan at the price shown at signup, and your selected payment method is charged for the first billing period. Because the free trial gives you full access to evaluate the product before any charge, please use it to decide whether RavenEdge Pro is right for you.
2. Billing & renewal
RavenEdge Pro is billed in advance on the cadence you select — monthly or annually — at the price displayed on the pricing page at the time you subscribe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period using your payment method on file, until you cancel. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Whop; by subscribing you also agree to Whop's applicable payment terms. We will notify you of any change to your recurring price before it takes effect.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your RavenEdge account settings or through the Whop dashboard associated with your purchase. When you cancel:
- your subscription will not renew for the next billing period;
- you keep access to RavenEdge Pro through the end of the period you have already paid for; and
- we do not pause or prorate the remainder of a paid period, except where required by law.
4. Refunds
Because the 30-day free trial lets you evaluate the entire product before you are ever charged, subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has begun, except in the circumstances below or where a refund is required by applicable law. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not generate a refund for the current period.
We will issue a refund where:
- you were charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge, a charge after a timely cancellation, or a charge that does not match the plan you selected;
- a refund is required by the consumer-protection law of your jurisdiction (including any statutory cooling-off or right-to-cancel period that applies to you); or
- we choose to grant one at our discretion — for instance, an extended service outage that materially prevented you from using RavenEdge Pro.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Whop. Where Whop's own refund handling is more favorable to you, Whop's policy controls.
5. Billing errors
If you believe you have been billed incorrectly, contact us within 60 days of the charge and we will investigate. If we confirm an error, we will refund the incorrect amount.
6. Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — most issues are resolved quickly. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us may result in suspension or termination of your account while the dispute is reviewed, and may forfeit access to RavenEdge Pro.
7. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits or waives any non-waivable rights you may have under the consumer-protection or distance-selling laws of your jurisdiction. Where those laws give you a right that conflicts with this policy, those laws prevail.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued subscription after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
